Terms and trial conditions

1. Contract

Customer is named person/company; booking needs authority. German addresses and German contract language at launch. Checkout shows immutable version/features/monthly total/renewal and allows correction. Payment-obligation button plus PayPal approval submits offer; confirmed payment/confirmation expresses acceptance. Access follows confirmed payment and transmitted full confirmation. Stored contract/version/consent and email can be retained. Account alone creates no paid subscription.

2. Features/requirements

Protected relay with pairing, cars/cameras, sessions, pitwall, TV/branding. Plan limits concurrent senders/playbacks; every tile/window counts. Unlimited monthly paid time; prepared cars/members not tariff-limited. Customer supplies compatible camera/firmware/Android/connectivity; profile is not universal verified compatibility. No fixed latency/coverage/SLA; not safety-critical. Statutory digital-conformity rights remain. Necessary/security updates supplied during contractual provision with instructions. Express recording/upload; default-off personal coupling only after verified recording; physical buttons no upload intent. Transient buffers, no server archive; SD recordings separate and planning no start.

3. Payment

Euro monthly total includes nineteen percent VAT, no setup fee; own hardware/network costs. Expressly approved PayPal subscription, browser return alone no access. One associated already-paid invoice per confirmed payment with electronic consent, no second demand; invoice failures do not erase payment. Complaints to provider.

4. Duration/change/cancel

Initial paid month, monthly automatic renewal. Cancel anytime without extra fee for paid-period end shown in portal; access remains. Portal/public sign-in-free function/email/clear declaration; unspecified end means earliest lawful end. Extraordinary cancellation for good cause remains. Downgrade next period; upgrade needs recurring-plan reapproval plus displayed actual-period proration payment before immediate extras. Failed additional payment leaves approved future plan scheduled only. Public revisions never silently change contracts. Failed renewal seven displayed grace days; absent payment streaming expires, configurations/pairings retained unless separately erased. Legal/disputed-charge rights remain.

5. Trials

Activated after internal-app access: initially thirty days/one camera/three playbacks/six hundred actual media seconds daily with Berlin midnight/no carry, once per team/verified creator. Agreed activation version remains. Operator full trial for no running paid sub: selected plan/start/end, initially thirty days unlimited minutes under caps; explicit extension/revocation. Standard-trial clock unchanged, other rights after expiry. Confirmed paid booking may replace trial. No payment instrument/PayPal sub/automatic conversion/camera action.

6. Responsibility

Protect credentials/authorised roles/report misuse. MFA optional default off, only personal enablement required. Rights/legal grounds for filmed/heard people, data/logos/sponsors/event rules. Upload not third-party consent. Article 28 agreement before instructed processing. Own accounts/security/billing separate. Proportionate unlawful-content/access blocking after review and lawful notice/clarification, no arbitrary reduction.

7. Rights

Statutory digital rights and liability for intent/gross negligence/life-body-health remain; no general liability exclusion. German law subject mandatory protection/jurisdiction; no special consumer venue. Complaints to provider; specific compulsory dispute scheme not asserted. Full withdrawal notice/model accompany German email.
