Prepared
Production performs bounded cleanup of ended transfer details and expired operational data after thirty days, following a successful backup. Active data, compulsory records, one-time trial claims and required incident evidence remain separate. Encrypted backups rotate after thirty days while the newest valid backup remains; protected copies are also stored outside the VPS.
Records/restore
Generally eight-year vouchers, six correspondence, some ten-year legal data from year end; proceedings longer. No indefinite unrelated data. Restore reconciles erasure/blocks.
